a man drinking from a wine glass

Alex Sherrah has made Fiano for sixteen years, starting at Coriole. He pours six wines from his family label in McLaren Vale: Fiano and Grenache, three ways each.

The Fiano comes from a vineyard by the sea and another in the northern hills of the Vale, and the Grenache from 60 to 70 year old bush vines around Blewitt Springs. Each wine is matched to cheese and charcuterie, and every ticket includes a small serve of cheese, charcuterie and crackers.

Upgrade to a Marie-Jeanne charcuterie board for $39, shared between two. Arrival from 6pm, seated at 6:30pm, finished by 9pm. Twenty-four seats. Groups and company bookings: [email protected].
